Final day of Wall Framing, ready for Steel Beams, Posts, & Roof Truss

Carpenters returned for final squaring off and placing of ply bracing today.

East (Front of House). Ply Bracing being fixed to Bedroom 1, Walk In Robe & Front Entrance Door

The Drive and area in front of the Double Garage has been built up with two types of rock as a base. This extends to the  North side of the Garage as well.

Awaiting Galvanised Steel Beam for over oversized sliding door, Galvanised Steel Posts for Portico and Alfresco Area.

Roof truss will be ordered tomorrow. After several weeks we have decided to go with M B Prefab in Geelong, thanks to Leigh Bradford.

Bluestone Blocks will be ordered tomorrow as well. Austral has the right colour block which matches perfectly with Colorbond Ironstone. Thanks to Robert (Bob) VanBaar.

Currently quoting on 2 x DecoWood Garage Doors in Jarrah colour.
