Framing Inspection Passes & Roofer has made a start

Framing inspection today ... all passed with flying colours and the Building Inspector was not only impressed with both the finished Slab on Ground but could not fault the Framing.

The Roofers have turned up to commence positioning the Fascia and Guttering (both in ColorBond Ironstone). Weather has been so windy and wet.

Safety Rail Company erecting Safety Rails for the Roofer on Thursday.  We have this for a period of two weeks.

Roofer will then be able to completely install Roofing Iron (ColorBond Shale Grey) and he expects to take five days to do so.

Too wet to take photos, but some will be uploaded over the next few days.

What has arrived though is one of our vanity top Basins. This one is for our Powder Room Vanity. More on that later.
