Roofing continues

Roofing iron delivery at 7:10 am this morning. Wasn't expecting such an early delivery surprise but the Driver was busy and had gotten off to an early start. All Good!

All Delivered and unloaded and ready to go
By the time the Roofing was unloaded, the Delivery Truck from Fletchers Insulation from Dandenong arrived with 22 Bags of Permastop Roofing Blanket Insulation. Fletcher Insulation describe the product as follows:

Permastop® Building Blanket insulation features a next generation formula that provides a softer feel for more comfortable handling.
Permastop® Building Blanket is a high quality insulating product that features excellent thermal and acoustic performance. Permastop® Building Blanket is a glasswool insulation blanket faced on one side with Sisalation® reflective foil laminate that is non-permeable to moisture. A 150mm foil lap is provided on one side to allow the moisture barrier to be sealed. Permastop® Building Blanket is available in a wide range of Sisalation® foil facings.
Permastop® Building Blanket provides condensation control under metal deck roofs, behind wall cladding, and under concrete roof structures and reduces heat loads entering a building. It also provides an excellent solution for acoustic treatment of metal clad buildings by reducing internal reverberation and unwanted noise created by rain, hail, and the expansion and contraction of metal roofing and cladding.

Roofer Glenn and his team turn up to continue with Fascia and Gutters and make a start on the Roof Iron. Forecast is for a very windy, cold and rainy day. Actually surprised that they have turned up, but they're keen to go regardless. Who are we to argue!

This was all the roofers could install as the wind was dangerously strong, even with safety railing
